The reasons I'm conflicted

The staff here took the time to help me plan my itinerary with local tours and were genuinely friendly. Free airport shuttle made travel seamless and convenient after a long flight.

Despite the comfortable experience, the rooms lacked temperature control , made it hard to sleep well at times .

The WiFi speed is frustratingly slow!!! The area surrounding the hotel feels a bit run-down!!! The printed bills could definitely look more professional!!! Upgrading the bathroom facilities would really help!!!

Tidy rooms with air conditioner, and excellent restaurant. Incredibly kind and extremely accommodating staff, free concierge service, wake up calls, and ironing available. Marvellous and comfortable location right next to Bole Medhanialem Church.

poor insulation

The room was unimaginably sparsely furnished, we were given only one towel for two people, how charming, and the sound insulation was non-existent. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my inconvenience, but i guess they don't roll out the red carpet for everyone.

The rooms are brand-new and neat, and are complete with an extra bed, pretty reliable WiFi and good shower. It has unbeatable central location near the airport great. You can relax at Beer Garden, located nearby. Better choose this place to stay when in Addis Ababa.

When I got there, the driver was waitin' for me, and the folks at the desk were real kind, makin' sure I felt welcome right away. The breakfast had some of the best fresh juice and coffee I ever had. Only thing was the shower pressure coulda been better, but I still enjoyed my stay real good.

The cozy room had a lovely balcony and I enjoyed scrumptious room service, but be warned, the food might be a little spicy for some. I loved the steam room and the sun terrace where I relaxed after a long day. The only hiccup was that the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't really spoil my fun 🌞

We were impressed with the hotel's cute staff, who helped us with our itinerary. The location was convenient, being just a short drive from the airport and near the city center, great to explore local attractions easily. The 24/7 coffee area was a pleasant surprise, as we could grab drinks whenever we wanted without any hassle.

The double room was excellent with amazing hot showers that worked perfectly for our stay. the location wasn't too far from the Venue, only about a 15-minute drive from the airport and conveniently close to Edna Mall. Plus, it was a breeze to reach Cameroon Street! 🚿
